Captain America Civil War 2016 Full Movie Free Download In 1991, Hydra operatives in Siberia revive James “Bucky” Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier, from cryogenic sleep and condition him to be completely obedient to anyone who recites certain trigger words. He is then sent to assassinate a motorist and steal a briefcase containing samples of the super soldier serum.

Approximately one year after the events of Avengers: Age of Ultron, Steve Rogers (Captain America), Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Sam Wilson (Falcon) and Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) stop Brock Rumlow from stealing a biological weapon from a lab in Lagos, Nigeria. During the fight, Rumlow attempts to commit suicide bombing to kill Rogers, but Maximoff uses her powers to contain Rumlow and the explosion, causing destruction to a nearby building, killing a number of Wakandan relief aid workers.

After giving a speech at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tony Stark (Iron Man) is confronted by a grieving mother whose son was killed in the Avengers’ battle with Ultron in Sokovia. At the New Avengers Facility, Secretary of State Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross informs the team that the United Nations is preparing to pass the Sokovia Accords, which will establish an international governing body to monitor and police the rapidly growing superhuman population. The team is divided over the act: Stark supports oversight because he feels remorse for his role in creating Ultron, while Rogers no longer trusts the government because of Hydra’s manipulation of SHIELD.

In Vienna, where the Sokovia Accords are to be ratified, a bombing, suspected to be orchestrated by Barnes, kills King T’Chaka of Wakanda. T’Chaka’s son, T’Challa (Black Panther), vows revenge. Over Romanoff’s objections, Rogers and Wilson decide to find Barnes themselves, only to be arrested along with T’Challa, who appears as the warrior Black Panther, after capturing Barnes.

While in captivity in Berlin, Barnes is released by Colonel Helmut Zemo, who uses HYDRA’s trigger words to send him on a rampage. Rogers and Wilson realize Zemo has been orchestrating events, and after stopping Barnes, learn that Zemo is heading to the facility where he and other Winter Soldiers were created. Rogers recruits Maximoff, Clint Barton (Hawkeye), and Scott Lang (Ant-Man) to help him. Stark convinces Ross to let him bring his renegade comrades in, and assembles Romanoff, T’Challa, James Rhodes (War Machine) andVision. Feeling undermanned, Stark pays a surprise visit to Peter Parker (Spider-Man) in New York and recruits him as well.
